Warranty & Exchanges
Your Michael Wynek timepiece is covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the time of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects of the dial and movement.
To be eligible for a repair or replacement we require you to send us the original receipt or proof of purchase. If the timepiece's dial or movement is malfunctioning due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it or replace it.
Please note any damage, malfunctions or conditions that arise from negligence/accidental damage are not covered under the limited warranty along with normal wear and tear from the use of the watch. Includes the case, glass, dial and movement.
We only provide exchanges for defective products.

You have 7 days from the time of receiving your watch to request a refund. If 7 days have gone by since your receiving it, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item and must be unused (Not worn, dial and case protectors still on) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
